After seasoning the turkey and stuffing only the neck end, slide the bird onto the saddle of the DunRite.
Place the DunRite onto a large baking tray and put it in the oven or BBQ/grill at 350-375 degrees. F (180 C)
Cooking time is reduced to 13 minutes per pound which shortens the cooking time by a third saving you time and money.
All the juices flow into the breast and legs - even the left overs stay moist for a week or more. There is still enough dripping to make a great gravy or sauce for the meal.
No basting required.
