Smoked Jamaican Shrimp or Pork

2 T Walkers Wood Jamaica's Sauce seasoning
1 T Pickled pepper Sauce
5 T Teriyaki
1 t Soy Sauce
Chopped green onions
Fresh Basil

Put shrimp in plastic bag with above - leave about three hours - drain. Brush Shrimp with melted butter - smoke in Camerons smoker using 2 T of Lader wood chips for about 25 minutes. (This recipe can also be applied to pork fillets about 1/2" thick in place of shrimp).
